Zero Engineering: Type 9

The “bobber/chopper custom” is a long standing tradition that I’m not normally taken with. Images of Brother Rat Fink come to mind and I tend to look elsewhere, but Zero Engineering has my eyes glued to the screen with their slightly subdued bobber style.

Subdued and bobber are not two concepts that usually go hand in hand. The standard for a chopper or bobber, (and yes I understand the difference, but let’s be honest and agree that they are both beasts born of the same jackal mother), is to stand out and be something of a focal point. Zero goes one step further and builds a bike that is obviously visually striking, but also downright beautiful in the technical details of the hardware.

If you got a little lost with that last part, be sure to check outΒ ZERO EngineeringΒ and poke around a bit – you’ll eventually get what I’m talking about. Or check out their blogΒ here.
