Pedro “Pery” Garcia of Cafe Racer Dreams has built a myriad of amazing bikes. “The Challenge” caught our eye even more so than the rest. With a wink to Mad Max, we believe this little scrambler could make its way far beyond thunderdome; all while keeping us grinning ear to post-apocalyptic ear.
